Uneven grassy mountain meadow. One of few places to land between Denver and Colorado Springs. The field is open space public land and accessible to hikers and mountain bikers. Prairie dog holes and some rocks possible but none observed. The field is part of a large meadow but the marked area looked like the most even part. There is a barbed wire fence on the west side along the N/S driveway. Gentle uphill slope from N to S (best landing direction). Watch out for the shallow ditch formed by run-off (also indicates the direction of the slope)
