Public municipal airport. Dirt runway, in great shape in 2021. CAUTION: only suitable for gliders with up to 15m wingspan! Runway is 56 ft (17m) wide and there is tall sage brush on either side making it very risky to land 18m gliders and up. (Risk of ground loop when wing catches brush.) With 15m span it is imperative to land in the center. In 2021 SSB successfully towed a 15m Discus (see pictures) out with a Pawnee.
